About New Restaurant Permits
A daily feed of new restaurant, bar and food service license filings, read from state agencies and sent to the companies that sell to restaurants.
Why it exists
Restaurant vendors win accounts before opening day, but the public record of a new restaurant, its license filing, is scattered across agency files that nobody has time to read every morning. We read them, keep only what is new, and send it to you filtered to your territory.
What we do and do not do
- We read public files from California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, New York State Liquor Authority, Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
- We do not buy, scrape or guess contact details. When an agency does not publish a phone or email, neither do we.
- This public site shows the business name, the applicant only when it is a company, the premises address, the license and dates. It never shows personal names, mailing addresses, phone numbers or emails.
- We are not affiliated with any state agency, and we do not file anything with them for anyone.
- We do not contact restaurants ourselves and do not sell exclusive leads.
Removal requests
If a page here is about your business and you want it removed, email support@newrestaurantpermits.com with the business name and address. We remove it from the site and the feed, usually within a business day. The record stays public at the agency.
