Visitors

A first-party script counts page views: it sends the page path, whether it is the first page of a visit (kept in your browser's session storage), and the referring site's hostname. It stores no IP address and no identifier.

Your browser's local storage also keeps where your first visit came from (the referring page, the landing page and any campaign tags in that link). It is sent to us only if you start a trial or subscribe, and is stored with your account so we know which channels work.

Pages may show display ads served by Google AdSense, and Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure those ads, including ads based on your visits to this and other sites. How Google uses that data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites; you can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com or optout.aboutads.info.

Subscribers

When you start a trial or subscribe we store your email address, any extra recipients and webhook URL you add, your saved watches, a settings token and, for paid plans, your Stripe customer and subscription ids. Stripe processes payment; we never see your card number. We use this only to run the service and to email you about your account. We do not sell or share subscriber data. Ask us to delete your account at support@newrestaurantpermits.com.

Businesses in the records

The feed contains public license filings. This site shows the business name, the applicant only when it is a company, the premises address, the license type and dates. It never shows personal names, mailing addresses, phone numbers or emails. To have a record removed from the site and the feed, email support@newrestaurantpermits.com with the business name and address.
